Government has approved a provision on transfer of ownership and possession of the gifts received by state employees.

As the press service of the Government of the Republic, now just a gift more expensive than three thousand rubles recognizes state property and passed an act of reception-transmission of executive authority, which replaces his receiver position. In the absence of documents confirming the value of the gift is determined by the Commission to assess the gifts at the market price of similar goods. If the assessment is difficult because of the gift of its uniqueness, or lack of analogues on the market, the commission shall have the right to bring to its assessment of experts. Examination is paid for by the relevant executive authority.

The message the Government of Tuva states that civil servant is obliged within three days of receipt of the gift or return to the gift of service business to a statement of acceptance of gifts of public property in the name of the officer responsible for their safekeeping.
