to violations of the antimonopoly legislation were identified as the following companies:

• seizure of goods from circulation, resulting in an increase in the price of goods;

• the creation of discriminatory conditions for petroleum products to individual counterparties;

• establishing monopoly high prices.

The decision in this case has not yet been issued in connection with the fact that Gazprom oil is not provided within the period requested by FAS information. For the failure of the information the company has been fined on 500 thousand rubles.

In the process of meeting on 6 July, representatives of OAO Gazprom Neft filed 15 motions, most of which contained a request to terminate or suspend the case. These requests were rejected because their motivation is not consistent with the grounds for termination or suspension of the case listed in the Law On Protection of Competition, and to prepare the necessary materials from the company enough time.

FAS committee members noted that the representative of Gazprom oil can not fully justify the position of the case. Attracted by the experts of the company that can provide the necessary explanations, do not have the appropriate authorization.

However, the Commission granted the applications of representatives of Gazprom oil claims.
